A Blog. A View. A place to celebrate Cleveland creativity.

Kate Klotzbach is a local actress, stage manager, volunteer, and theatre writer. Previous performance writing includes content for Examiner.com, The News Herald, and The Morning Journal. She majored in Communications (Public Relations / Musical Theatre) at Ohio Northern University, and holds a master’s in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from Cleveland State University’s Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs. She currently works with Cleveland State University’s Department of Theatre and Dance as an Administrative Coordinator.

I’ve been involved in the arts my entire life: playing the piano, acting, singing, attempted dancing, stage managing, writing, etc. I’ve even been on tour with muppets! In all the years that I’ve covered the Cleveland, OH arts scene, I haven’t seen myself as a “reviewer,” but more of a “cheerleader” for the talent.

Here you’ll find my latest Theatre articles plugging the talent and good work by creatives in our city, with weekly job updates, as well as some other causes near and dear to my heart.
